As the name suggests, All Star Batman is fixing to bring in all the stars with whom Batman has done battle. It seems that this issue is ready to introduce Jervis Tetch, otherwise known as the Mad Hatter. Bats has found himself at a palatial estate decked out with futuristic technology, determined as ever to find answers.
