‘Lego Batman Movie’ Lego Sets to Be Sold This Fall

Three Lego sets that may represent scenes from The Lego Batman Movie will be sold individually this fall and this upcoming January.  The Lego Batman Movie, which will hit theaters 10 February 2017, is an animated action comedy film that features voice acting from Will Arnett, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Cera, Zack Galifianakis, Rosario Dawson, Jenny Slate, and Mariah Carey.

Two of the Lego sets, “Mr. Freeze Ice Attack” and “Batcave Break-In,” will be available in stores on 17 November 2016, but the third and largest set, “Arkham Asylum,” will only be available at Toys R Us on 1 January 2017, just one month before the film’s release.

The Lego set, “Batcave Break-In,” will include four mini-figures — Batman, Alfred, the Penguin, and Bruce Wayne… in addition two little penguins.  Set pieces include a transformation chamber, a Bat suit wardrobe, the Batcomputer, a prison with an exploding escape-wall, the Batboat, and the Duckmobile.  This set will contain a total of 1,045 pieces.  The retail price is $99.99.
