‘Suicide Squad’ Soundtrack Is Number One on the Billboard Charts

Suicide Squad is not only topping the box office, but also the music charts. The soundtrack to Suicide Squad debuted at number one of the Billboard Music Charts.

The soundtrack broke records for having over 182,000 units in sales for the week of August 11, with 128,000 of those units being physical copies.  These sales pushed the soundtrack to the top, making it the only movie soundtrack to even crack Billboard’s Top 200 chart in over a year.

Suicide Squad: The Album boasts of an impressive roster of bands, such as Panic! at the Disco, Grimes, Twenty-One Pilots, and Skrillex. Earlier, Skrillex and Rick Ross released a Joker-filled music video of their track “Purple Lamborghini,” which you can view here.
