The set photographer for DC Films, Clay Enos, took over Entertainment Weekly’s Photo Department Instagram account yesterday to share some photos. Most of the photos were from the upcoming DCEU film Suicide Squad, along with one from Watchmen, but the most interesting photo was his last post, which was of director Zack Snyder and cinematographer Fabian Wagner on the set of Justice League.
Although we have mostly been in the dark since filming of Justice League began in April, recently we have received word on the film’s plot synopsis and official logo, changes we’ll see in Batman in the film, Batman’s new vehicles and equipment, as well as the film’s villain. The only other photo on set that we’ve seen so far was way back in February when Zack Snyder tweeted a picture of himself and Aquaman actor Jason Mamoa saying that they were “deep in it” with costumes in the background.
Despite what you think of Snyder’s films, they are always visually stunning, so I am excited to see how the Justice League will look on screen together. I wonder if he is lining up the shot of the team assembled for the first time. What do you think he is lining up in the photo?
Justice League hits theaters on November 17th, 2017.
