UNITE THE SEVEN! DC Comics just put out the official synopsis for the upcoming mega team-up movie, Justice League, as well as the official logo treatments. The team over at ScreenRant released the following:
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions. Directed by Zack Snyder, this marks the big screen debut of the Justice League, featuring an all-star lineup: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher.
So there is no official word on the fate of Superman, but that doesn’t mean that Justice League won’t still have a stacked cast! The synopsis above gave us the lead actors, but let’s not forget the extensive list of supporting case which includes Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Amber Heard as Mera, Joe Morton as Dr. Silas Stone, and cameos from the cast of Wonder Woman. Check out the official logo treatments below.
Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
