‘Justice League Action’ Confirmed at Cartoon Network, Kevin Conroy Returns

The rumors have panned out: Justice League Action is coming to Cartoon Network’s lineup in the not too distant future! Much like Teen Titans Go!, it will consist of eleven minute episodes, so you’re looking at two per half hour block. No premiere date has been given at this time.

As you have no doubt gleaned from the headline, the other big piece of news is that Kevin Conroy will once again lend his voice to our dear Batman. Interestingly enough, the voice actors portraying Superman and Wonder Woman have yet to be disclosed. We do, however, know that Mark Hamill will return as the Joker, James Woods will voice Lex Luthor, and Diedrich Bader will voice Booster Gold.

Other characters to be included that we can clearly identify from the promo art are Hawkman, Green Arrow, Zatanna, Shazam, The Flash, Blue Beetle, Plastic Man, Darkseid, and Felix Faust. If you can make out any others, please let us know in the comments section.

Sam Register will serve as executive producer with Butch Lukic, Alan Burnett and Jim Krieg acting as producers. You can check out the initial synopsis below:

Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman lead the DC Comics Super Heroes against their most infamous foes in adventures packed with relentless thrills, fun and action. No need to wait for the good stuff to start, each eleven-minute episode jumps in with lightning-paced action and heroics. Whether defending the Earth, facing invaders from space, or battling the bizarre forces of magic, the always-rotating team of Justice League heroes, are up to any challenge.
