Collider reports that Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice producer Charles Roven has announced filming locations and dates for the upcoming Wonder Woman and Justice League Part One. Fans may have heard that that production on Wonder Woman is underway, which is very true, and filming is expected to start before the end of the month. “We’re actually going to start shooting Wonder Woman toward the end of November,” Roven claims, “…we are shooting in the U.K. and in Italy.”
We will also no doubt be excited to learn that they’ll barely get a breather between the release Dawn of Justice and the beginning of filming for Justice League. At the very least, this shows a ton of confidence on the studio’s part in Batman v. Superman as a single film. Roven says, “We’re making most of Wonder Woman there and we’re also making most of Justice League there, JL One… we’re definitely gonna be shooting Part One in the first or second quarter of next year.”
Wonder Woman is currently slated for release on June 23rd, 2017 while Justice League Part One is scheduled to open on November 17th, 2017.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25th, 2016.
