Rumor: Arkham Games Remastered For PS4 and Xbox One.

According to reports from IGN Italy, rumor has it that the previous gen Arkham Games, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, will be given a remastered port to current gen consoles.  It seems that Batman: Arkham Origins is being left out of the deal, due to it having been made at Warner Bros. Montreal while the main series is developed by Rocksteady. Take this with a grain of salt for now, but it would make sense they would be willing to put the entire Rocksteady trilogy all on one console, so fans can replay the trilogy without having to switch.

Allegedly, the release date seems to be Christmas of this year, but even if this rumor does come true, you know how these games get delayed. Arkham Knight has been delayed several times, including recently, so it remains to be seen how long it’ll take for us to hear more about this, if we even hear about it again at all. If you’ve been itching to replay the older games and you have an Xbox One or PS4, you might want to hold off a little bit until you hear more about this one. Then again, people have already begun to replay the games in order to prepare themselves for the final installment in the Batman: Arkham series of games. We’ll report more about this rumor as it develops.
