The Batman v. Superman production crew has allegedly been given a T-shirt to wear — one that sports a particularly iconic design.
The photo has surfaced on Twitter, and showcases what clearly appears to be the iconic armored suit featured in Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns, from the scene in which Batman directly confronts Superman, and refuses to acquiesce to Superman’s president-mandated subjugation.
Considering the fact the Ben Affleck’s normal Batsuit is clearly derived from The Dark Knight Returns, one can easily conclude that the armored Batsuit, pictured above, will also have a role in the Batman v. Superman film, regardless of the legitimacy of the alleged crew shirt that depicts the armored suit; furthermore, that armored suit matches the one that was revealed via BvS teaser-trailer footage at Comic-Con.
Regardless, we will have to wait until March 25, 2016 to see Batman on-screen again, in all of his darkened glory.
