Batman:Eternal #28 Review

Synopsis: Can Batman stop Catwoman from becoming the most dangerous person in Gotham City?

The cover may say Batman, but this is a Catwoman story. As we saw at the end of last week’s issue, she was taken by Louis Ferryman and it picks up this week moments after, where the kitty is in some deep litter. Luckily, Killer Croc interrupts what was going to be a grisly slaying, ending the issue with a feisty cat ready to pounce.

Tim Seeley covers scripting duties again this week, with Meghan Hetrick doing the pencils. Though some of the issues in this story have been sub-par, the art has always seemed top-notch and Hetrick (who?) nails it here too. I’m digging the art on Eternal.

This was another good effort, and added some good emotion… even though the Dark Knight doesn’t have too much to do this week. Well, he does chase a Flamingo.

Rating: 8 / 10
