Over at AFI they posted a story on where they went to the Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles to celebrate the licensing of the 1966 Batman TV series . They posted up many pictures of  celebrities like Adam West, Jim Lee , George Barris , and many more on the “black carpet”. During the event they mentioned that there will be a 1966 Batman comic book coming soon . At the end of their story they mentioned they will have video and an interview up from the event soon. We will keep you posted on this as it comes available .

They also showed a look at San Diego Comic Con 2013 exclusive merchandise of  “Batusi Batman.” This figure will have an action feature where you push a button on his back and Batman will DO the Batusi!  Also the package will have a sound chip that will play the song and a few lines of dialogue.

There were a lot more pictures from the event so if you want to see more or get more detail on what happened head over to the source .
