MOLENAAR ON DETECTIVE COMICS ANNUAL #1

Romano Molenaar is the new artist added onto the Batman Comic Group scene. Molenaar will be the new artist for Birds of Prey, which is already looking mighty fresh! He will be a great addition to the Birds of Prey giving the girls supple clean drawings that gives them both beauty and fantastic imagery!

However, before Molenaar can even be debuted on Birds of Prey. He must be put through

Romano Molenaar

the ringer as all new artist must to be primarily debuted on an annual issue. This is similar to how Jason Fabok, artist for Detective Comics, was put on the map from his art on Batman Annual #1. This is probably the best way for new artists to get recogintion as well as allow DC Comics to see if the fans like the artist’s work. SLY LITTLE DEVILS! Molenaar comments about his work on Detective Comics Annual #1 and on Tony Daniel as writer:

“He (Tony Daniel) knows exactly how to write for an artist which makes it a delight setting up the pages. Fans can expect fast-paced action and details all over the place as far as the art goes. Batman will need all of his physical and mental strength for this Annual and be ready for the return of one of his most diabolical villains!”

Annual #1

It should be noted that this will be one of Tony Daniel’s second to last works on Detective Comics before embarking on doing some of the art on Justice League. Jason Fabok will be the new artist for Detective Comics, which is going to be absolutely brolic and sick!
