Jason Fabok who drew Batman Annual #1 is now the artist for John Layman’s Detective Comics. His artwork is fresh giving the audience cool panels to enjoy while reading the story plot. Detective Comics will be quite interesting after the zero issues coming out in September. Both Layman (writer) and Fabok are humbled by the experience. I guess it is almost too surreal for them. Fabok does tons of updates on the book giving fans sneak peaks at his artwork. Batman looks totally brolic with his square jaw and mug face. I think we might be seeing a lot more of Batman than Bruce Wayne. Why I make this statement, I don’t know I like to theorize.
