As careful and as teasing as Greg Capullo has been about his designs for the new Joker, it appears that the Issue 14 of Batgirl may have spoiled the design of the new Joker. If you do not know, the Joker has been out of the game since the first issue of Detective Comics. Where the skin of his face was removed leaving all of Gotham as well as readers to believe the Joker was dead. Really, it was all a plan by DC Comics to remove the Joker for new Batman villains to make the scene in The New 52′s. Scott Snyder (writer of Batman) and Capullo have been teasing that they are revamping the design of Joker making him scarier. They both have been keeping the Joker’s design secret until now.
Capullo stressed a bit yesterday wondering how DC Comics could have been so absent minded to release the cover of Batgirl #14 with the new design of the Joker on the cover. Some comic book readers are a bit pissed with this situation. However, Capullo addressed in his Twitter to the readers:
Team Batman knows how to do one thing. Destroy. So, even if you do see the leak, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Trust me

I kind of think that Ed Benes (artist for Batgirl) doesn’t show the real design of Capullo’s new Joker. Every artist is different and will always interpret a character differently on paper. I have no fears, but what we all need to know is that we haven’t anything yet! Enjoy the variant cover by Andy Clarke for Batman #0 down below.
UPDATED: CAPULLO RELEASED A SMALL IMAGE OF HIS JOKER. Capullo released it from his Twitter it is small but its an awesome teaser! Look below:
