DC’s Gay Character Coming Out ?

Where do I begin . . . DC Comics co-publisher Dan DiDio made headlines all over when he mentioned plans to Bleeding Cool and Comic Book Resources, on a DC panel at the Kapow Comic Convention in London on reintroducing a previously straight character as a gay hero . From fan out rage to a lot of speculation as to who it will be , DC Comics Senior VP Publicity Courtney Simmons spoke to ABC News about this subject .

“One of the major iconic DC characters will reveal that he is gay in a storyline in June,” Courtney Simmons, DC Entertainment’s senior vice president of publicity, confirmed to ABC News.
