To keep it short, this was seen in San Francisco, CA today. I am not sure where the exact place is but it was taken by someone who seen it. Could a Viral campaign be starting up soon? Does it have to do with the Post Office? I guess we will have to wait and see. Ill keep everyone updated as soon as more info, if any, presents itself.
