Review by James Attias
Titans Annual #1 2025 may possibly be the best Donna Troy story I’ve ever read. Let’s talk about how great it was.
Wonder Girl
This story, like most annuals, was a separate adventure that briefly ties in to the ongoing story. That aside, this was a fantastic, deep, heartfelt telling of Donna Troy’s life as an orphan, a teenage hero and a woman. I honestly can’t praise it enough. If you love comics, superheroes, Wonder Girl and great writing and art. This issue is a MUST read. It’s hard to put into words just how great an issue it was.
We’re shown the life and growth of Donna in her own words, as she travels to meet her estranged father. We see how she started out all the way to where she is now. Boy oh boy, what a life she has led.
Titan
Often if I don’t enjoy a book, I struggle to write a review. On this occasion I liked this book so much that I’m struggling to talk about it as I want all of you to read it for yourselves. With the same surprises and excitement that I had.
The art was beautifully drawn, colored and honestly the writing was fantastic. Read this and tell me you’re not a Donna Troy fan for life.
Conclusion
Titans Annual #1 2025 is the best Titans book I’ve read this year, and it’s not even close. Please read this book, buy this book and encourage more books like this book. “nuff said.
