Titans #25 takes the battle into overtime! Titans vs Bad Guys. But is it a fair fight? Let’s swoosh in and see…

Green Elephants Never Forget

This Titans story has been great, a slow build, made up of villains of the week. Not a new way of storytelling, often made popular on TV shows, but I tell you, the way this one is written and drawn has been fantastic. We’re really seeing the Titans as they should be. I love it. You’ve got smart villains, you’ve got strong villains, you’ve got ice villains. The only only issue is Deathstroke. He has been trying to kill these kids since before most of them were old enough to drive. He’s used a lot of different techniques. He even had the powers of an all powerful all consuming dark entity. Still got his one eyed old behind kicked. So it would be great, if the Titans got to face a new threat. Or even an evolved old threat. I do love those. I’m talking NOT Deathstroke, NOT Brother Blood, NOT Hive. Those guys have been in every Titans story since time began. I would love to see a new villain or villains take on the team.

Reflections

The art as usual was flawless in this issue, being able to convey such intensity in the characters was a real treat. Like I mentioned above, in terms of the writing this series has been a treat and I really hope it keeps going for a long run. I’m enjoying it too much for it to be cut short by a bloody crossover!

Conclusion

Titans #25 is awesome! Great read, great storytelling, and also I’m a Huuuuuuge fan of the cover! See you next issue Titans fans!
