Fox Sets Season 4 Premiere Date for ‘Gotham’

Season 3 of Gotham just wrapped up earlier this month, which you can find our review on the finale here. Season 3 really pushed the show further into so many different ways, especially showing Bruce inch towards the Batman we can’t wait to see. It was awesome to see Proto-Joker and Proto-Batman pay tribute to the hall of mirrors scene in the Dark Knight Returns. It seems like the fans were happy with the direction, because Fox announced that Gotham was renewed for season 4, back in May, about a month before the season 3 finale.

If you’re just dying for more Gotham, you’re in luck. Earlier this week, Fox couldn’t hold on to the news much longer and revealed the season 4 premiere date. This comes just 2 and half weeks after the season 3 finale.

Check out the tweet from the official Gotham Twitter:

With Jerome tucked away in Arkham somewhere, it’s safe to assume that he’ll be back for season 4.

Gotham season 4 will premere on Thursday, September 28.
