Cover and Synopsis Released for ‘Catwoman: Election Night’ One-shot

This fall, DC is providing us with an interesting one-shot featuring our favorite feline femme fetale. In November, DC is releasing Catwoman: Election Night #1, featuring Catwoman, which according to the synopsis below, has her getting involved… when things get personal. Sounds like a silly ’80s movie tagline.

It is said to be a political satire to be written by Meredith Finch and Mark Russell, with pencils by Shane Davis and Ben Caldwell. As you can see on the cover, the one-shot will also feature an extra story from the Prez title. That title’s second run was recently cancelled, with DC giving that creative team a chance to end their story properly.

It’s mayoral election time in Gotham City, and while the city is up in arms, Catwoman couldn’t care less! But when the candidates get personal, the Feline Fatale decides to get involved—much to the detriment of…well, everyone! This issue contains a special bonus story featuring the return of President Beth Ross from the critically acclaimed PREZ miniseries.
