The next issue of Batman is hitting shelves this Wednesday and based on this preview, it’s intriguing as all hell. We’ve got a new villain, by the name of Mr. Bloom, and based on his appearance on the cover, it’s another colorful character. Apparently, he’s dealing… seeds. No, not ordinary seeds. These seeds give people “terrible” abilities, so terrible, in fact, that Gordon searches for the aid of the one and only Bruce Wayne.
