Smelling Harley Quinn Annual #1: Theory & Practice

With the upcoming release of Harley Quinn Annual #1, DC Comics continues to make the Joker’s former henchgirl stand out from the pack. Harley’s ongoing title has been a bit more tongue-in-cheek than other New 52 books and this particular installment plans to take it to a new level. We at DKN recently told you how the issue would be “Scent-icular”; in other words, you will experience a variety of smells as you join Harley for her upcoming adventure. Said scents include:  leather, pizza, suntan lotion and Cannibisylocibe 7-A.

The folks at MAD Magazine have provided “reading instructions” (see below) that will run in various books published by DC this week. As you rub and sniff, do not fly too close to the sun. This looks to be a must buy for Harley fans.

Harley Quinn Annual #1 is written by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti and illustrated by John Timms, Paul Mounts, Stejepan Sejic, Joe Quinones, Ben Caldwell, Kelley Jones, Rico Renzi and Michelle Madsen. It will be available in comic shops October 29 for the price of $5.99.
