Superman thinks such jolly cooperation would be advantageous to the city, while Bats believes that Superman is out of his league, despite the super-alien’s super-human abilities. Batman is just a man, but Superman thinks that he’s super-cool; Superman has superior strength, but Batman thinks that he’s nerdy and ridiculous.
As Batman flips the bird to Superman, he asks, “What’s this mean on Krypton…gratitude?”
