As we all know the documentary film, “Legends of the Knight,” has been going around the country giving theatrical screenings with all of the proceeds going to charities or non-profit organizations. Thanks to Brett Culp and his team they have given fans the opportunity to help share his touching documentary with others just by requesting it. Every time this film is shown a local charity receives the proceeds. 912044_4911882839015_170559204_nI’m happy to say that DKN’s very own Nashville Dark Knight  (Adam Prince) will be helping out at one of the screenings. The screening will be held at the Carmike Thoroughbred 20  in Franklin,TN.  While at the event NDK will be taking pictures while having props on display for photos to be taken. All proceeds from this event will be going to the “147 Million Orphans” organization.

Founded in 2009 by Gwen Oatsvall & Suzanne Mayernick, 147 Million Orphans was created out of a passion and desire to meet the needs of children living in poverty. The name of our company invokes discussion and brings awareness to the worldwide orphan crisis. We focus on investing directly in projects that help to provide these basic needs primarily in Uganda, Haiti, and Honduras. We also send Serving Teams to these areas to work with our partners on the ground.
