Christian Bale’s “Batman voice” has received a lot of attention (both good and bad) since making its debut in Batman Begins. I find myself doing my interpretation at LEAST 17 times a day. It’s fun, but as any bat-fan knows, it’s very important in The Dark Knight’s legacy. Speaking with MTV, Bale actually explained his thought process going into his audition, and what sparked the idea of doing a different voice.
