It’s finally October, and it’s the Issue #13’s for most of the Batman-related comic books. It is also the prelude for the next crossover “Death of a Family” featuring the Joker. The prelude comic books for this new crossover will be Batgirl #13, Catwoman #13, and Batman #13 will jump start “Death of a Family” story arc. Hopefully, this will boost up Catwoman that has been lacking and will definitely add more character to Batgirl.
Some issues are starting to look promising such as Detective Comics #13, Batwoman #13, Birds of Prey #13, Justice League #13, and Nightwing #13. All of these issues are starting off with new story arcs and some have new artists and writers such as Detective Comics. Hopefully, the new work that has been done on these comic books shows off how good these books have become over the year. Nightwing continues to be a success and Dick will be facing against Shiva who was introduced in Nightwing #0.
By the end of this month, Batgirl Annual #1 will be released on October 31st. It will be the only comic book that will be released for that day. So, everyone can grab it for Halloween.
